Polly
Polly dropped 20kg on her journey with Flex, through sustainable training and nutrition practices. Polly was extremely committed to the process and learned how to manage social events, started creating her own meal plans and tracking her macro targets. Polly is now the fittest and strongest person she has ever been.
Hayleigh
​Hayleigh is a mum of 2, and made a promise to work on herself and her health and fitness. H has dropped an outstanding 20kg by following a guided nutrition plan, and prioritising her movement and training. Her shift in mindset, eating patterns and behaviour around food has been incredible to witness. The best is yet to come with this powerhouse.
Ollie
The power off putting in the effort. This is a 2-month transformation, where Ollie was in a progressive surplus. His main goals was to build muscle, and size, whilst feeling stronger headed into his football season. Ollie is a true example of how eating the right amount of nutritious food, following a personalised protein target and pushing progressive overload in the gym can lead to evident physical changes in body composition and growth.
Suzie
Proof that so much can change in 12 months, both physically and mentally. When Suz started with Flex, her body confidence was low and she wasn't prioritising herself. We put Suz into a healthy deficit, with us coaches supporting her every step of the way.
With Suz trusting in us coaches and trusting the process, she threw herself into the program and came out a whole new woman, full of confidence and a new found love for food, health and fitness.
Sam
​This is a transformation that shows how much your body can change in just a space of a few short months. Sam's transformation is a credit to his work ethic, dedication and commitment to his journey and trusting in his coaches to guide him to his goals. These results are through the introduction of correct foods in Sam's diet to fuel his work-life balance and his fitness goals. Sam created some amazing muscle definition, dropped body fat % and built such a great body composition through food and training.
Emma
Emma's knowledge and relationship with food completely changed during her journey with Flex. From learning portion control, understanding calories in foods and balancing between whole foods and soul foods, Emma's mindset completely shifted. Emma always embraced flexible eating throughout her journey and had all the tools and resources she needed to create the lifestyle she wanted surrounding food and fitness.
Brett
Brett started his journey with a goal to drop body fat, and create greater lean muscle mass, and that he did!
Brett completed a deficit with us and a reverse diet back into maintenance where he continued to smash his nutrition and training programs. His mindset around the process was always inspiring and he never waivered in trusting us coaches to guide him.
Em
​This transformation photo shows a 10kg drop in weight for Em. Putting in the hard yards with her training and nutrition, whilst living that flexible and balanced lifestyle. Em had several food intolerance's and dietary requirements on her journey and we were able to create a plan that suited all of her needs, and still get her to her goals.
Eliza
One determined individual who made the decision to literally turn her life around. This is a 2-year journey, where Eliza has worked incredibly hard to get to where she is today. The physical changes are evident, but her emotional and mental health changes are the most powerful. We can't take all the credit here as Eliza came to us at photo number 2 after shifting 50kg, but her energy was depleted and her weight loss journey plateauing. After starting with us, she was eating more, regained her energy and strength and took her weight loss journey to a whole new level.
Brandon
Brandon committed to his nutrition and fitness journey by giving it his all for over 6 months. Brandon dropped body fat percentage and increased his muscle mass, and is now feeling better than ever! His physical changes are evident, but his confidence and mental state changes were the biggest wins of all.
Brandon learnt so much during his membership and continues to smash his goals after leaving Flex. We still see him often as he continues to train hard at Impact Fitness in Somerville.
Gaya
​12 months of consistency and dedication to her journey and Gaya is a whole new woman. Gaya gained so much confidence on her journey and was an absolute legend in sticking to her nutrition and gym program throughout her membership. Gaya's transformation just goes to show that changes don't happen overnight, or from sitting in your comfort zone. It's about pushing yourself to see what you're truly made of.
Brendan
Brendan came to us as a hard working tradie, taking those short lunch breaks where he would grab something at the bakery or take out store. He wasn't focusing on his health and he knew he needed a change. Through The Flexible Approach, Brendan started loving food again, loving the balance it provided and got down to his goal weight, whilst building those habits that provided him with a healthier mindset and lifestyle to suit his work and social needs.
Chloe
Talk about body composition goals!
Chloe is a nurse who works crazy hours and shift work, but still manages to make her health and fitness a priority. With the help of Flex, Chloe made small lifestyle changes around her nutrition and followed a structure to her movement and training and these are her results. Well done Chloe.
Jeremy

This amazing woman made her health a priority when she was in the middle of Covid lockdown overseas and had limited resources to work with. Kelly adapted to every obstacle and took on everything that her coaches gave her to guide her through her transformation. 20kgs down and changed her life completely, where she is now committed to training 4x weekly, follows a balanced nutrition plan and has a whole new level of confidence in herself and the journey.
Georgia
22 weeks of discipline and consistency! 18kgs of weight loss and Georgia never made any excuses for herself and accepted that she wasn't making the best lifestyle choices and wanted to make positive changes for herself.
Georgia came from not having step goals, un-educated about food and unsure where to start. This mum smashed her goals and is now balancing parenting, work and a healthy lifestyle around food and fitness.
